IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (ILA) BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF VOLENTE AND THE BRUSHY CREEK REGIONAL UTILITY AUTHORITY (BCRUA)

The BCRUA Board approved the final draft of the ILA on October 20th.

A Townhall meeting will be held on October 26, 2021 at 6:30pm at the Volente Fire Hall. During the Townhall the ILA terms will be discussed, as well as what to expect next. Citizens will have an opportunity to provide input.

After the Townhall a Special City Council meeting will be held on October 28, 2021 at 6:30pm at the Volente Fire Hall to consider final approval of the ILA, and once again citizens will have the opportunity to provide input.
