Here's What You Need to Know to Be Firewise

The National Fire Protection Association's Firewise Communities Program encourages local solutions for wildfire safety.  This program actively involves homeowners, community leaders, planners, developers, and firefighters so we can collectively protect each other and our properties.

The program is co-sponsored by the USDA Forest Service, the US Department of the Interior, and the National Association of State Foresters.
