Village At Volente Owners Association
The VOV Owners Association covers the Village of Volente subdivision (Phases 1-3), made up of homes along Sherman Street, Beauregard Drive, and a portion of Jackson Street.
Why we exist: to keep our neighborhood safe, to protect and grow the value of every property in it, and to foster the mutual respect that makes Volente feel like a village rather than a subdivision. Every decision the association makes is weighed against those three things.
We do that with a deliberately light touch. We are not a regulatory HOA and we don't seek to interfere with how you enjoy your own property. We maintain and secure the Boat Ramp Park, keep neighbors informed and connected, and act with transparency and common sense — nothing more, nothing less.
