Board of Adjustment Commission

The Board of Adjustments serves residents by hearing and deciding on appeals of decisions made by the Village of Volente.  If you served as a board member, you would:

• Review appeals requests made by residents related to Village ordinance decisions
• Review and make determinations on requests for special exceptions
• Authorize exceptions in specific cases
• Reverse an order, requirement, or decision of a Village official

The Board of Adjustment meets as needed on the first Monday of the month at 5:30 P.M.
